HIRAKAWACHO KANAYA is the modern Japanese restaurant which is managed by long-established Japanese hotel company KANAYA HOTEL KANKO Group.

Traditional Japanese kaiseki is tailored to Western tastes, to create Kanaya’s cuisine that fuses tradition with innovation. Offering special time with traditional OMOTENASHI in a calm and modern atmosphere.
